- Balinese chicken satay with a perfect peanut sauce
- Beef rendang _ succulent slow cooked beef with a herb filled curry sauce
- Sumptuously spiced fish wrapped in banana leaves
- Water spinach stir-fried to perfection
- Turmeric and coconut yummy yellow rice with fragrant spices galore
After they have filled the kitchen with the aromatic flavours of Bali, the students will have the chance to sit together and devour their delicacies over a glass of sparkling wine, and a good chat.
