For the pasta lover who already has a knack for creating gorgeous Italian fare, this is the class for them! The Advanced Pasta Cooking Class gives students a greater understanding into the magnificence that is Italian cuisine during a relaxed, friendly, hands-on and sociable cooking experience.

With tropical gardens laying the backdrop, and with Noosa National Park on their doorstep, the participants will be welcomed on the veranda with muffins straight from the oven and a gourmet coffee or tea. Here they can chat with their class mates before heading into the kitchen to whip up some Italian magic.

With their passionate and enthusiastic instructor only recently returned from Italy, students will be guided through their class using only the freshest and quality ingredients from the local area. Their menu consists of two more advanced style pastas, gnocchi, three gorgeous sauces to match, and a dessert to get that sweet tooth singing.

Participants will be making dishes such as:

- Lemon and ricotta ravioli

- Potato gnocchi

- Fettucine stained with squid ink

- Burnt butter and sage sauce

- Walnut and gorgonzola sauce

- Olive oil, chilli and garlic sauce

- Chocolate and Nutella walnut cake

Once all of their efforts are complete, students will then gather for a sit down lunch where they will feast on the fruits of their labour over a couple of matched glasses of wine, and great company! There will be full sized servings of each gorgeous dish to make sure they really know how great it tastes, and will be inspired and confident to recreate it in the comfort of their own kitchen! A take home folder with recipes, tips, notes and fact sheets will be available too, so they will be fully equipped to do so.
