Students of this delicious course from Green Olive will discover pizza the way it should be. This beautiful 27 acre property on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria is the backdrop for this friendly, relaxing course in pizza making.

With Green olive specialising in fresh produce and sustainable farming practices; students of the course are taken through the kitchen garden to pick their own herbs, leaves and vegetables to use on their very own pizza. But of course, the perfect pizza topping must also have the perfect pizza base; and the course teaches the all-important secrets to making perfect pizza dough and how to use the pizza oven along with tips on baking the pizza and the tools and equipment needed for Wood Fired Pizza.

This course is sure to delight those with a passion for fresh, vibrant food and a love of pizza. It’s a great opportunity to spend time in the kitchen garden, the Green Olive at Red Hill commercial kitchen and gain insight into the skills and experience of their experienced chef.

The course begins at 9am; finishing at 12noon for wine tasting and lunch.


Please arrive at 8:50am for course registration. Course runs from 9am – 12noon followed by wine tasting and lunch. Apron & equipment is all supplied. A cooler bag is recommended for transportation of food products to home.
