The Seafood Barbeque Cooking Class is set in stunning Noosa on the Sunshine Coast – using only quality and fresh local seafood to whip up some seriously creative and mouth-watering meals.

Their teacher will be barbeque guru, Paul Rast, who was featured on SBS Food Safari. He is a knowledgeable teacher, passionate about food, who easily guides the participants through 6 delectable dishes they can take away with them to recreate over and over.

Guests will arrive and be greeted with a gorgeous café style coffee or tea, and a freshly baked muffin to enjoy on the veranda overlooking tropical gardens and Noosa National Park. Being a fun, relaxed and sociable environment, these classes are hands-on and intimate – only offering 10 spaces in each class so participants of all experience levels can get the attention they need.

- Chorizo and prawn skewers

- Hot-smoked and rum-soaked salmon with a mango salsa and salmon chips

- Whole BBQ’d snapper with Moroccan spices

- BBQ’d cuttlefish salad with an Asian dressing

- Sizzling garlic mussels

- Chocolate bananas done on the barbie

After the barbeque magic is made, the class will enjoy a full sit down meal, where they will be dished up generous servings of all their creations, complete with a couple of glasses of delicious wine to match. They won’t go home empty handed, either. Each participant will be able to take with them a folder full of the easy to follow recipes, tips and class notes so they can keep creating in the comfort of their own backyard.
